Professional Experience:
Heading the formulation and establishment of highly effective strategies for forming and establishing companies in all 50 states of the U.S. and Puerto Rico. This intricate process involved a meticulous understanding of specific regulations and requirements, with tailored approaches to optimize legal and tax benefits according to the regulatory peculiarities of each entity.
Leading the strategic process of establishing and activating commercial entities in various locations in the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, and Wales. I played a pivotal role in optimizing the legal and tax structure to maximize operational efficiency and comply with specific regulatory requirements of each region.
Taking the lead in strategic market analysis in the U.S. real estate market, evaluating opportunities for land acquisition. Responsibilities included leading detailed property assessments, actively participating in contract negotiation and drafting, orchestrating comprehensive due diligence, and supervising the obtaining of permits and approvals to ensure rigorous compliance with local and state regulations.
Heading the comprehensive process of importing products from Asia, holding a leadership role with key responsibilities in directing and coordinating all operational and logistical stages. Functions ranged from selecting suppliers and negotiating commercial terms to optimizing budgets, overseeing transportation, customs management, and final delivery.
Strategic implementation of extensive e-commerce and omnichannel initiatives for leading companies in the real estate, services, and retail sectors across Mexico, Spain, the United States, and Panama. This encompassed the entire spectrum, from strategic conceptualization to hands-on execution of solutions aimed at optimizing digital presence and enhancing the user experience. Active participation and comprehensive advisory in the brand activation and launch process of one of the main Shopping Centers in the Republic of Panama. Contributions ranged from strategic conceptualization to tactical execution, including identifying brand positioning opportunities, creating innovative activation experiences, and effective coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the success of the launch.
Active participation and comprehensive advisory in the architectural design process for the construction of one of the main commercial complexes in the Republic of Panama. Involvement spanned from the conceptual phase to the materialization of the project, including identifying and applying innovative architectural solutions, close coordination with design and construction teams, and ensuring that the conceptual vision translates into a functional and aesthetically stunning structure.
Leadership in the redesign process of store buildings, contributing my experience and strategic vision to enhance the aesthetic and functional presence of the structure. Contributions ranged from the initial assessment of aesthetic and functional needs to the conceptualization and execution of innovative solutions that significantly improved the appearance and visual identity of the building.
Leadership in the implementation of comprehensive educational projects in Physical Education and Musical Training, serving as Director of the JGaspard Foundation. Responsibilities ranged from the conception and strategic planning of educational programs to their practical execution, ensuring a quality and enriching educational offering for the beneficiaries of the Foundation.
Direction in the design and development of websites for United Nations agencies highlighted and presented by prominent international leaders, including the Vice President of Guatemala, the Prime Minister of Jamaica, the President of Colombia, and the UNAIDS Ambassador, Alejandra Ora, in a high-profile space on CNN. Work ranged from the strategic conception of site architecture to the practical implementation of advanced technological solutions, ensuring optimal usability, aesthetics, and functionality.
Leadership of projects and teams for filming, editing, and video post-production for high-level regional and global conferences held in Mexico, Ecuador, Panama, Uruguay, Canada, Chile, and Cuba for United Nations agencies, including the World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), and United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR), emphasizing the importance of these initiatives on a global scale.

The initiative raised awareness in Central American countries by providing them with tools to understand the risk of adverse natural events.

Manager of a prominent company specialized in machinery and heavy equipment for construction in Monterrey, Mexico. My role as a leader involved making key decisions for the acquisition of quality equipment, efficient management of financial and human resources, and the establishment of strong relationships with suppliers and clients, innovative initiatives to improve operational efficiency, and maintain competitiveness in the market.
Responsible at the VITRO factory in Monterrey for the dispatch of containers via land transport to the United States and Central America, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and overseeing the billing process.
From an early age, he has excelled in the field of art, focusing his talent on the discipline of painting and earning regional recognition in northern and central Mexico. In his adult years, he has taken his artistic expression to an international level, participating in prominent art exhibitions (painting) in the United States, Canada, and Latin America. His ability to capture his unique vision on canvas has not only earned him local awards and recognition but also the opportunity to share his art with diverse audiences, enriching the artistic landscape.
During his youth, he stood out remarkably in various sports activities, earning recognition and the opportunity to secure sports scholarships in Mexico. Additionally, he had the honor of being part of football teams in the youth and reserve divisions of First Division teams in Mexico. Also, he was part of squads in the first division in Panama, successfully participating in Concacaf tournaments. His outstanding performance in the sports arena not only opened doors to educational opportunities but also showcased his ability to excel in high-level competitions.
