She currently serves as Deputy Director for Europe at Living Stones Foundation – Spain, where she leads legal strategy and international cooperation efforts for humanitarian and nonprofit initiatives. In this capacity, she coordinates strategic projects that bring together governments, NGOs, academic institutions, churches, and private sector partners with the goal of advancing sustainable development, digital transformation, and the defense of fundamental human rights.

Tatiana is also the founder and managing partner of Tatiana Del Moral Lawyers, a legal firm with international reach, specializing in immigration law, civil litigation, and corporate legal services. Through her practice, she provides comprehensive counsel in immigration processes, naturalization and Panamanian citizenship, administrative appeals, deportation defense, family law, and civil disputes. Her analytical precision, combined with her compassionate and culturally sensitive approach, has positioned her as a trusted legal voice for clients navigating multicultural and migratory challenges.

In addition to leading her own firm, she serves as senior partner at Interpol Lawyers, where she manages complex international cases involving criminal law, extradition procedures, judicial cooperation, and legal defenses related to Interpol red notices. Her work often spans multiple jurisdictions and requires close collaboration with judicial authorities and international legal teams.

Tatiana is also a member of the Collegium of International Lawyers, an esteemed legal network based in Cyprus and the United Kingdom, focused on diplomatic law, international arbitration, consular affairs, and harmonization of legal systems across nations.

Her academic foundation is as broad as it is profound. She holds a Law Degree, a Master’s in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations, and has completed advanced studies in Theology, with a focus on Christian ethics and social justice. This multidisciplinary background enables her to analyze legal matters from a broader perspective, integrating legal reasoning with deep ethical, human, and intercultural understanding.

Beyond her legal credentials, Tatiana has demonstrated a long-standing commitment to humanitarian and social causes. For several years, she has actively collaborated with the Spanish Red Cross, where she has contributed to the legal support of migrants and refugees, the reunification of families, and the protection of women in vulnerable circumstances. She has also provided legal guidance in humanitarian emergencies, coordinated legal-social assistance services, and led training sessions for volunteers and humanitarian workers on legal rights and protections.

In addition to her extensive legal work, Tatiana Del Moral is a recognized expert in corporate event logistics. Whether coordinating logistics, managing vendor relationships, or overseeing the event’s overall flow, Tatiana has demonstrated a unique ability to bring complex projects to life with precision and professionalism.

Furthermore, Tatiana has leveraged her expertise in marketing, digital business, and cryptocurrencies to develop innovative strategies that help clients navigate the fast-paced, ever-changing digital landscape. She has worked with both startups and established companies to design and implement marketing campaigns that drive brand growth, foster customer engagement, and increase market share. Her deep understanding of digital platforms, social media trends, and consumer behavior allows her to tailor marketing efforts to the specific needs of her clients, ensuring measurable results and sustainable success.

In the rapidly evolving field of cryptocurrencies, Tatiana has advised organizations on blockchain technology, tokenization, and the legal and regulatory aspects of the crypto market. Her ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies has made her a sought-after consultant in the digital asset space. Whether it’s guiding companies through initial coin offerings (ICOs), helping with compliance matters, or developing blockchain-based solutions for business efficiency, Tatiana’s multidisciplinary skill set provides clients with a competitive edge in this emerging sector.

This unique combination of legal acumen and expertise in event logistics, marketing, digital business, and cryptocurrencies allows Tatiana to integrate innovative, cross-disciplinary solutions across a wide range of professional areas. Her ability to synthesize diverse skill sets enables her to take on complex challenges and deliver results that exceed expectations, helping clients thrive in both traditional and digital economies.

Tatiana’s work has been recognized by the International Association of Humanitarian Lawyers, which honored her for her contributions to the legal protection of refugees and migrants. She is a regular speaker at international conferences and forums on human rights, migration law, and global legal cooperation. Additionally, she serves as a legal advisor to nonprofit organizations across Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East, and frequently lectures in academic and professional settings on legal ethics, global migration, and nonprofit legal strategy.

For Tatiana, the law is far more than a profession—it is a powerful tool for social transformation, the restoration of human dignity, and the protection of those most at risk. Her mission extends beyond courtroom victories; it is rooted in building bridges of justice and opportunity for people navigating legal systems that are often complex and inaccessible.
