At Living Stones Foundation, we believe in the power of global talent serving local causes. Our Data Visionaries Program aims to empower nonprofit organizations through technological, strategic, and human solutions. This program connects high-impact social projects in Latin America with investment opportunities, government programs, and international support, helping to amplify the reach of social enterprises while fostering sustainable development.
Today, we celebrate the commitment and excellence of one of our standout volunteers, Amber Siru Lin, a young professional whose international journey and passion for social impact are leaving a deep mark on our team and the communities we serve.

Academic Excellence with a Global Vision
Graduating in the top 10% of her class from the competitive World Bachelor in Business program, Amber Siru Lin has studied at three of the world’s most renowned business schools: University of Southern California (USA), HKUST (Hong Kong), and Bocconi University (Italy). With a degree in Business Administration, a minor in Cinematic Arts, and a diverse academic background, she has demonstrated an exceptional commitment to excellence, leadership, and innovation.
From Strategic Consulting to Social Service
Her professional experience includes key roles at prestigious firms like EY-Parthenon and Frost & Sullivan, as well as in tech startups and innovation projects. She has led complex data analysis, developed business strategies for the healthcare sector, and managed multiple projects in agile, multicultural environments.
But beyond her corporate achievements, Amber Siru Lin chose to dedicate her time and talents as a volunteer in the Data Visionaries program, integrating as a strategic ally to the executive team and as a driving force for change from within.
Innovating from Within: Her Impact on the Data Visionaries Program
Since joining the Data Visionaries program, Amber Siru Lin has been a transformative figure. One of her most significant achievements has been the comprehensive systematization of the volunteer recruitment process, optimizing selection, integration, and follow-up procedures. With her expertise in tools like ClickUp, she implemented automated workflows that improve efficiency and increase volunteer retention.
In addition, she has led the strategic structuring and analysis of internal program projects, contributing prioritization methodologies and impact-tracking indicators. This approach has allowed our teams to work in a more aligned, clear, and effective way, maximizing the value generated in each project.
Her participation is not limited to operations. As a Project Developer, Amber Siru Lin has been a key advisor in strategic decision-making, actively participating in planning sessions with the program’s leadership team. Her ability to combine data analysis, change management, and critical thinking has been essential in optimizing the volunteer experience, refining internal processes, and projecting sustainable growth scenarios.
Talent, Technology, and Purpose
Amber Siru Lin has also led personal initiatives in the tech field, such as developing a SaaS tool for managing biochemical strain inventories, using MySQL, AWS, React, and Node.js. Her knowledge in programming languages like Python and SQL, along with skills in Tableau, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, and more, has enabled her to generate solutions that optimize team workflow.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, and with project management training (PMI-CAPM in progress), her profile reflects a unique blend of global vision, technical skills, and a passion for service. In addition to her professional career, Amber is multidisciplinary: she is a professional photographer, writer, and visual artist, which allows her to bring a creative and innovative perspective to her work.
Inspiring the Next Generation
In addition to her tangible achievements, Amber Siru Lin has taken on a mentoring role for other volunteers and leaders, sharing best practices, planning tools, and principles of purpose-driven leadership. Her experience in international consulting clubs and editorial programs has given her a unique sensitivity to connect, communicate, and mobilize multicultural teams.
